Small Claims Court

Effective Debt Recovery helps our members with Small Claims Court by filing and serving the debtor (for a fee of $140) and assisting with collecting on the judgment. If you would like advice by an attorney before you go to court, it is provided for no additional charge.

Collections handled by the Collections Attorney

If you resolve the collection matter in Superior Court, Effective Debt Recovery has attorneys that can file and litigate the case nearly anywhere in the United States.
